What is Fitterher? +
Fitterher is a women’s wellness platform focused on supporting you through every phase of womanhood – from
fertility and pregnancy to postpartum recovery and peri-menopause. Our programs combine Ayurveda-inspired
guidance with modern, evidence-based health practices, delivered through expert coaches and the Fitterher app.

Are you a replacement for my doctor or gynecologist? +
No. Fitterher does not replace medical care. Our team offers lifestyle, nutrition, movement and wellness
guidance that complements your doctor’s advice. For any diagnosis, prescriptions, pregnancy complications, or
emergencies, you should always consult your primary doctor or gynecologist.

• Conceive Healthy (Fertility Support) – 3 months of guided support to improve overall wellness, cycles, and lifestyle for conception.
• Prenatal (9 Months + Delivery Support) – trimester-wise care from early pregnancy through delivery.
• Postpartum Recovery – 12 weeks of complete care to support your physical and emotional recovery after birth.
• Peri-Menopause (Transition Support) – currently in development. You can still book a consultation for guidance and early access.

Membership levels differ by depth of support:
• Silver – Core educational content, workouts and app-based guidance for that phase.
• Gold – Everything in Silver, plus deeper lifestyle guidance, group sessions and more personalised check-ins.
• Platinum – The most intensive support, including 1:1 elements (like live workout or counselling sessions), priority guidance and premium program features.
Exact inclusions are shown under each program section on the website.

Do you share exact pricing on the website? +
Since support needs can vary a lot from woman to woman, we usually discuss pricing on a short consultation
call. This helps us suggest the right program and membership level for your situation before discussing
fees.
Prenatal & Postpartum Support
Is the Prenatal program safe in all trimesters? +
The Prenatal program is designed trimester-wise – First (1–3 months), Second (4–6 months) and Third (7–9
months). Each phase focuses on safe nutrition, movement and emotional support for that stage. However, you
should always inform your doctor before starting any new program and follow any limitations they give you.
What does the Postpartum Recovery program cover? +
The 12-week Postpartum Recovery program focuses on:
• Gradual, safe improvement in fitness and strength
• Nutrition guidance for recovery and breastfeeding support
• Stress management and emotional wellness
• Education around sleep, energy, and rebuilding routines
Higher membership levels also include more personalised and live support options.

Can I join the Postpartum program if I had a C-section? +
Many mothers who have had a C-section join our Postpartum program. We focus on gradual recovery and respect
your healing timeline. You should be medically cleared by your doctor before starting any structured
movement, and you must follow all post-surgery restrictions they provide.
Peri-Menopause (Transition Support)
What will the Peri-menopause program include? +
The Peri-menopause Transition Support program is being developed to focus on:
• Symptom-aware lifestyle and nutrition support
• Stress management and sleep hygiene
• Gentle movement and strength-building
• Emotional and community support

The Fitterher App is your daily companion for the program you choose. Inside the app you’ll be able to:

The Fitterher App is planned for both iOS and Android devices. Download
links and live status are shared on the Fitterher App page and in your welcome emails once you join a
program.
Do I need the app to follow the program? +
The app is the easiest way to experience the program because your content, workouts and guidance are
organised in one place. However, some support (like consultations and high-level guidance) can also be
provided through calls and messaging if required.

How do I book a consultation call? +
You can book a consultation call directly from the website using the Book a Call or
Schedule Your Free Consultation sections. Simply fill in your details and our team will
reach out within 24 hours to confirm your slot.
Is the first consultation free? +
Yes, the initial consultation is typically a free call where we understand your current phase, health goals
and challenges, and then recommend the most suitable program and membership level for you.
